Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Description
- Existing client acquisition through cross sell.
- Revenue generation through sale of all kind of Retail Banking products [Life Insurance, Motor Insurance].
- Health Insurance and Mutual Fund etc.] to HNI/Retail Clients.
- Regular Portfolio Analysis & Financial Assessment of existing active and non-active clients.
- Understand the financial need of every client and provide the relevant advice and proper Financial Planning.
- Regular follow ups (Daily/Monthly/Weekly) with the client to deepen the relationship and develop the trust.
- Takes care of client visits of all leads provided by company.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
1. Graduate / Post graduate with 1 to 5 yrs. experience in Direct Sales of Insurance product (Life Insurance/Health Insurance/Motor Insurance/MF).
2. Should have good communication(HINDI/English) & presentation skills.
3. Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
4. Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
5. Should have a good command over financial products.
Salary:INR- 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A. +incentives +bonus
