Relationship Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Roles & Job Responsibilities :-
1. Deliverables:
- Implement branch sales plans with specific focus towards Needs based selling and Activity management.
- Support the business planning and implementation process for the business with the Managing Partner.
- To be Role model in the Agency Channel on different parameters
2. Business Results
- Ensuring alignment of volume and market share objectives for the retail business facilitate for DPLI products
- Monitor and evaluate achievement of sales against expectation
3. Process
- Support the development of processes to ensure smooth management
- Optimize cost across your business
- Ensure service excellence through effective use of different training modules and selling skills program.
4. Handling a team of 10 Members.
Salary: INR 1,00,000 - 3,75,000 P.A.
