Relationship Manager - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Job description:-
As a Relationship Manager, the candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our insurance products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact, providing personalized support and guidance to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities:-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products to enhance client portfolios.
Conduct regular client meetings to review policies, coverage options, and any changes in client circumstances.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and claims in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and support.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, retention rates, and sales performance.
Participate in networking events and community activities to promote the company and build new client relationships.
