Relationship Manager - Institutional Sales - Bank (10-15 yrs)

JOB ROLE:
- The position is responsible for managing Institutional Sales of Organizations business in Bangalore/Chennai/Kolkata
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To service the existing Clients & acquire and handle new corporates / institutions
- Develop and maintain relationship with all clients an channel partners
- Increasing the market share & brand recall of the organization
- Conducting meeting with clients/ Channel partners, understanding their needs and provide relevant feedback up the chain.
- To update clients with market and scheme related information
- Engage with clients for higher allocations to Schemes of the organization, especially in Fixed Income schemes.
- Would be responsible for building, owning and managing an AUM of direct clients
- Has to generate and grow business and maintain consistent interaction with the relationships.
- Has to be aware of key developments about the local markets to devise effective ways of operating in the respective location
- Should be able to organize and conduct meetings and presentations for clients.
- Would also be responsible for handling the respective distributors in the Institutional segment
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Relevant experience in Institutional Sales with AMCs and Banks
- Good with Institutional Relationships and Client Engagement.
Touch points: Treasury and Finance Heads and Key Influencers
- Knowledge of Fixed Income Products
- Has a strong flair for investment advisory and is well informed on the financial market, the economy and the political conditions
- Team player
- Good communication - verbal and written with a pleasing personality
- Should have a strong knowledge on products and their effectiveness under changing markets
- Should have a strong knowledge of client requirements in the segment in Bangalore
- AMFI certification compulsory.
