Relationship Manager - HNI Sales - Banking (4-8 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Functional Title: RM - NRI HNI Retail Liability
Report To: Head - NRI HNI Retail Liability
CTC: As per the Company norms
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Industry: Broking/ Securities/ Banking
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Enhance and manage the NR HNI Customers
- Identifying, acquiring, retaining and prospecting NRI high net worth individuals
- Addition of new customers and deepening of relationships with existing clients
- Achieving the revenue targets and targets assigned in terms of acquiring, enhancing and upgrading the HNW relationships
- Cross selling : Identify opportunities and cross-sell the full range of financial products( trade, currency and cash products) and services offered by the bank
- Deepen the relationship by Cross selling Banks Products and Services like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Investment Services account, family accounts, PIS, E-Broking, Home Loans e.t.c. according to Customer Need
- To Enhance & Retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet
- Customer Profiling and provide financial products to meet customer needs.
- Ensure profitability of the portfolio: Generate high Income per Customer
- Regular updates on the NR business numbers, values for the Branches
