Relationship Manager - Fixed Deposit - NBFC (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Acquisition of new customers for Liability Products (Fixed Deposits)
- Creating and managing the distribution franchise comprising of individual agents, distributors and brokers
- Responsible for achieving productivity targets for numbers & Value
- Regular Broker/Distributor/Agent/Branch visits/support in sourcing liability business
- Manage and track the leads from alternate channels
- Guide and mentor the team for achievement of targets
- Proactively engaging with distributors/brokers for increasing their deposit allocation
- Strategy and Product Plans for distributor tie-ups
- Market intelligence with respect to clients, pricing, products, competition
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors degree. Post Graduates (MBA) will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Housing Finance
- Companies/Insurance/Mutual Fund / Financial Services or equivalent.
- Having good relations and contacts with top clients and distributors is a must.
- Required skill(s): Good Communication, Negotiation Skills.
- Age: Maximum 35 years
