Relationship Manager - Field Sales - Mutual Fund (3-6 yrs)
Job description :
- Preferring candidates having experience in direct sales, channel sales .Understanding of Mutual Fund and Share broker ecosystem is a prerequisite.
- Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area of function.
Responsibilities :
- Develop the LAS (Loan Against Securities) product with a specific client base.
- Identifying, Lead Generation, Onboarding Mutual Fund Distributor and Share broking partnerships for clients at an aggregate level.
- Ability to leverage existing contacts networks in MF distribution and Share Broking ecosystem
- Implement a sales strategy aiming at substantially improving client footprint and maximizing associated revenue through disbursement of loans.
- Understand client needs, introduce the product offering, convince clients to adopt it and increase client satisfaction.
- Create a brand recall for the organization and the product among distributors, clients and industry partners .
- Develop and nurture distributor networks and increase product acceptability resulting in growth of Loan book.
Desired Abilities :
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Distribution Network in Financial Services Like Loans, Broking, Mutual Funds
- Experience in a client facing role
- Self-Motivated, excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
Education :
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
Salary Range: 3.5LPA - 5LPA
