Relationship Manager/Executive - Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive sales of life insurance products
- Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to ensure they are well-versed in our product offerings
- Achieve sales targets and ensure growth in the bancassurance channel .Provide exceptional customer service and support to bank partners and clients.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications :
- Graduate / Post Graduate - In Any Field Proven experience in bancassurance or sales within the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
