Relationship Manager/Executive - Sales - Direct Channel - Life Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
- The Direct Channel Executive will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to customers directly. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, explaining the features and benefits of different insurance products, and convincing them to buy policies. The Executive will be expected to achieve sales targets, build a strong customer base, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various sources
- Meet with customers to understand their insurance needs and explain different insurance products
- Provide quotes and advice to customers on the most suitable insurance policy for their needs
- Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Direct Channel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Keep up-to-date with insurance industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and market trends
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales of BFSI industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of insurance products and industry trends
