We are looking for a high-performance Enterprise relationship managers to help us meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. They should be able to build a high-performance result to ensure customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maximizing revenue in the determined market segments
- Ensure aggressive targets are achieved and maintained
- Set the strategic direction and proactively lead the sales efforts to acquire new Sme & Mid size clients along with their complete traveling portfolio (MICE and individual packages)
- Prospects and filter leads to build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Track key competition accounts and activities
- Develop collaborative relationships across teams within and outside the market
- Reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required
Critical Skills & Attributes :
Academic Qualifications : Graduate (any discipline)
Technical Qualification :
Knowledge and Experience : 5+ of relevance travel trade experience in the multinational sales organization
Communication Skills : Strong communication and presentation skills
Additional Functional / Behavioral Skills - Demonstrated experience in delivering aggressive sales results
