Relationship Manager - Emerging Business - SME - NBFC (2-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Meeting existing customers to generate business opportunities thereby generating revenue
2. Catering to the business having a turnover of 100 cr to 300Cr with different working capital facilities such as Overdraft, Cash credit, Dealer Finance, Vendor Finance, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Term Loan, etc. as per the clients need.
3. Avg ticket size of 5cr - 20cr
4. Acquiring customers and taking their proposal up to the stage of disbursement.
5. Managing customer relationships; addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.
6. Identifying new segments & set up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions new to the company.
7. Recommend & introduce new services with an objective to engage customers & generate fee income.
8. Acquisition of Emerging Corporate Profile customers
9. Cross sell other retail and corporate products
10. Collaborate with captive channels for lead origination.
11. Originate NTB prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels
12. Build rapport with key decision makers (promoters, CFOs etc.)
13. Understand and monitor client business and financials for ensuring suitable and timely solution or corrective action
14. Closely work with credit team for managing client expectation and effective risk management
15. Coordinating with the property value and legal team
16. Understanding of balance sheet.
