Relationship Manager - Direct Sales - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their home-buying journey. From managing leads to closing deals, you'll be the trusted advisor helping clients make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer leads generated via digital engagement, database calls, and the call centre on our tech platform.
- Nurture leads to successful closures by matching customers with the right projects based on their needs.
- Facilitate and coordinate customer site visits to enhance the booking process.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to boost loyalty and encourage referrals.
- Handle the lead funnel across communication channels, including calls, texts, and video interactions.
- Assist customers with online bookings, resolve queries, and provide support with financial arrangements.
- Negotiate with customers and developers to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
- Work closely on assigned projects to enhance online property information and assist with payment schedules.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Comfortable with direct selling and face-to-face interactions.
- Willingness to travel within designated zones.
- Proficient in using technology and open to learning new tools.
- Basic understanding of the real estate market and trends.
- Negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in CRM tools is a plus.
