Relationship Manager - Direct Channel - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
Your major duty as a relationship manager is to build and maintain relationships with customers in order to fulfil their insurance needs.

- You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating leads through various sources, such as referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- You will be required to meet with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, and offer suitable insurance products.
- You will need to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients to maximize their insurance coverage and meet their changing needs.
- You will be expected to provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring that their queries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and other important details.
- Provide regular updates to customers on their policies, premium payments, and other related information.
- Coordinate with other departments such as underwriting, claims, and operations to ensure smooth processing of policies and claims.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and policies.
Qualifications:
- Graduation must be complete
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales of Life insurance
- Interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
