We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies, and leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
- Conduct market analysis and research.
- Ensure product knowledge and training for the team.
- To handle the walk in Customers at the Branch.
- Sourcing Insurance Business through Bancassurance Channel
- Generating leads from Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers etc.
Desired Candidate:
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1 + Years of Experience in Field Sales
Age: 21 to 38 years
