Relationship Manager - Direct Channel - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- To generate leads and use enablers for lead generation.
- To meet 3 new customers everyday
- To provide sales and services and upselling product with existing customers
- To ensure branch staff activation for every quarter
- To train and skill partner for selling and pitching our product
- To ensure 100% of branches with minimum 2 to 3 sp license holdersand support them with the same to drive the business target achievements.
Requirements :
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
- 2+ years experience in Life Insurance Sales
- Age 25 - 32 years
- Minimum of 1 yrs Sales Exp in financial institution, preferably partnership channels
- Two-wheeler must
- Good Communication in English
- Job stability of minimum 2 years is a must
