Position : Relationship Manager - Customer Interaction
Reporting to : Manager- Customer Interaction
- We are looking for Relationship Manager - who can contact people over phone and meeting them to introduce our products to people and make sales.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Building relationship with the existing clients and leads for business generation
2. Acquiring new clients for the company through own references and leads provided by the company
3. Meeting Sales targets in term of inflow, Cross Sell, Up sell and reference generation
4. Initiate and Maintain personal contact with existing investors and allocated leads over the phone and meeting
5. Contacting and meeting minimum number of leads/clients per day/week/month
6. Passing on Feedback on calling in a defined format on a daily/periodic basis
Skill Set & Personality Traits :
a) Excellent communication skills
b) Passion to talk and convert lead into a sale
c) Soft skills to handle all types of clients over phone
d) Willingness to learn
e) Goal oriented
Experience : 1 Year to 3 Years, having handled the Financial Services
Qualifications : Graduate & NISM Certification is mandatory
