Roles & Responsibilities :
- Engage with corporates to identify skill gaps, manpower requirements and get job listings for our super app.
- Build relationships with different corporates and their HR teams.
- Explain corporates the importance of having skilled candidates for their requirement and our capability to deliver customized training as per specific need
- Creating a strong sales funnel by generating leads through various activities
- Timely listing of jobs on the app and regular monitoring of the traction on the same
- Maintain a three-month rolling projection for jobs on-boarding
- Assist the candidates by means of consultative selling and value proposition
- Utilizing available resources efficiently to achieve business objectives
- Collect market intelligence regarding corporate requirements, competitor products, and strategies
- Develop short- and long-term strategies for the specified territory and product
- Achieve consistent sales by meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
- Work closely with other departments as per business requirements
- Any additional tasks that are necessary for you to fulfil your function and responsibilities successfully
