Job Role :
- Promote and sell Group Insurance Schemes like Gratuity and Leave Encashment to Corporate clients.
- Comprehensive market mapping in designated geography or segmented verticals.
- Implementing strategy at regional level for group businesses to achieve planned sales targets and promotions.
- Relationship Management with new and existing clients as well as with multiple intermediaries.
- Interact with group operations, actuarial, legal, finance, investments and other related departments to seamlessly achieve business objectives.
- Negotiating sales closures and maintaining up to date MIS of group businesses.
- Ensure compliance and implementation of company policies.
