Relationship Manager - Corporate Channel
Key Responsibilities (What to be Done) :
- Responsible for building the Corporate Connector Channel in the geography allocated
- Meeting the various DSAs/CA Firms/Other Financial Institutions and signing them up as a Corporate Connector
- To organize product trainings for all the employees of the Corporate Connector Channel
- Responsible for origination of Leads from the Corporate Connector Channel
- Responsible for regularly visiting the Corporate Connectors to relation manage with the key stake holders to generate better business
- Follow up on leads given by the Corporate Connectors to ensure better conversions
- Engage with Operations Teams for smooth disbursement of the cases for which leads have been provided by the Corporate Connector
- Ensure timely payment of the Invoices of the Connectors
Educational Qualification and Experience level :
- Minimum Qualification : Graduate / Post-Graduate / MBA with experience ranging from 1 to 3 years; CTC of Rs. 5 - 6 L per annum
- Experience: Prior experience in Sales / Gold Loans will be an advantage.
Technical competencies :
- Strong selling skills. He / she will be responsible for developing the Corporate Connector Channel for acquiring Gold Loans Leads. He / she contact DSA's / CA Firms / Other Financial Institutions not in the Business of Gold Loans and enrol them as Corporate Partners to build the Gold Loan Lead Partnership Model.
- Excellent Relation Management skills
- Ability to network and liaise with Regulators on Risk matters for Bank

- Strong communication & must be street smart; Gauge Customer proactively; Strong understanding of local markets
