Relationship Manager - Commercial Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- Role Description :
Management of Account Management Client/broker relationships location.
Role Objective / Purpose: To service broker/client relationships for all types of service requests, generate business through new clients & Cross-sell & Retention of existing clients.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Generation of Commercial business the allotted Broker Relationships
a. Product wise GWP as per the budgets
b. New business and cross-sell and retention of existing clients.
2. Building Relationships with Brokers and Commercial clients through engagement by servicing their day to day requirements.
3. Driving Broker satisfaction through operational excellence and quality.
4. Tracking of Competitor activities to understand the market trends and take pro-active actions.
5. Ensure compliance of the legal, statutory and organizational guidelines.
Academic: Management graduate, preferably with insurance qualification
Experience: : 2-5 years Commercial insurance with commercial brokers and clients ; Account Management ; Commercial Insurance business.
Competencies: Contacts with Commercial brokers & commercial clients ;Good inter-personal Skills ; Excellent communication skills ; Insurance product knowledge (Commercial) ; Market intelligence.
