Relationship Manager - Channel Sales - Mutual Funds (4-6 yrs)
Job Profile/Deliverable :
- Clear understanding and communication of financial products & markets.
- Manager a team of 2 to 3 off-roll individuals. Guide & motivate them to scale up the ladder by achieving organizational & personal targets.
- Pre-existing strong relationship with IFA's (Individual Financial Advisors) into MF distribution.
- Manage / conduct end-to-end relationship with mapped channel partners (distributors) & clients.
- Source new clients and distributors within the allocated area.
- Achieve designated annual sales target by managing mapped and sourcing new channel partners & clients.
- Act as a one-point contact for the mapped channel partners and clients.
- Developing business through consultative engagement with Bank of Baroda Branch Managers / cluster heads / RMs and other key position holders in the respective organization.
- Guide investors with their investments, ethically.
Candidate Profile :
- Post graduate / Graduate in Finance or Marketing
- Key account management skills.
- Holding experience of working within the M.F industry
- Excellent command on communication and pleasing personality.
- MF Product & Financial market knowledge
- Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.
Work Exp :
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
