The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- The role requires appointing channel partners (IFAs and Distributors) and driving investment product sales across geographies across your target area.
- Recruitment of channel partners.
- Providing training for Business Development.
- Preparing business plans and strategies to develop business of channel partner.
- Addressing and spreading awareness regarding P2P lending in group client meets.
- To own and deliver organizational targets given on time to time.
- Following internal sales process.
- Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms.
- Planning different activities with channel partners to increase their productivity.
- Accompanying IFA on HNI/UHNI client meeting.
- Solving distributor's queries.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- The candidate should have experience in onboarding/recruiting IFA and also, related to Mutual funds.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key partners
