Relationship Manager/Business Partner - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Job Title : Business Partner - Relationship Manager
Location : Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage in B2B market activities with a focus on broking clients only.
- Perform cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
- Conduct 3 to 4 field meetings daily with new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to promote long-term client retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience in Broking : Candidates must have prior experience working in the broking sector.
- Industry Background : Applicants from the insurance sector will not be considered.
- Job Stability : Candidates with multiple job switches within 1 year will not be considered.
- Field Sales Expertise : Must be comfortable with field sales and meeting clients regularly.
