Relationship Manager - Business Partner - Emerging Corporates - Bank (3-15 yrs)
Role Details
Emerging Corporate (EC) is part of consumer banking that acquires and manages firm / companies in the SME segment. EC drives current account acquisition centered around forex, domestic and cross-border trade, Remittances, Payment & Collection, referral model on Working Capital & term facilities across branches. Relationship Manager will be required to manage portfolio of 80-100 for Select Category and 20-40 for Exclusive category existing customers and responsibility includes;
1. Regular meeting with existing customer to ensure engagement ( base management).
2. Resolve any service related Issue by coordinating with Internal & external stakeholders.
3. Understand customer requirement and cross-sell products which meet those requirements.
4. Acquire quality importer / exporter with regular Trade / FX transaction along with high value CASA accounts.
5. Achieve annual fee budget and other KRA as per banks policy.
6. Referral model for lending cases to the requisite teams
7. Ensure there are no regulatory or compliance related issues in the portfolio.
Eligibility
- MBA with over 2-3 + years sales & relationship management experience in any Bank in Forex department (not retail forex of individual clients).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SME banking products such as Current Account, Trade, FX remittances etc.
- Worked in Mumbai.
