Relationship Manager - Business Development - Government Business - Wholesale Banking (10-12 yrs)
Job Role:-
- To build strong and robust central Government and Ministerial relationship to onboard them offering a range of banking products
- To increase the balances and earn revenue by providing high standards of service on an ongoing basis
- To provide solutions to the Government Business domain clients to seamlessly facilitate their day-to-day transactions
- To acquire newer clients from the Central Government domain
- To maintain and deepen the existing relationships in order to generate more revenue streams for the bank
- To have in-depth knowledge on basic banking and products such as TRADE, FOREX, CMS to seamlessly manage customer queries
- To have knowledge on newer technology products available in the banking environment
- To be effective in business delivery, business analytics, business development, strategic planning and operations
- To be constantly abreast of general economic and market indicators
Key requirements :
- MBA with an experience of 10-12 years
- Experienced incumbent in Government Business domain and Public Affairs handling key relationships in Central/State ministries
- Incumbent should have in-depth knowledge of Government process of procurement/tendering in various business domains
- Conversant with RBI guidelines and other statutory obligations
- Proven success in managing client relations, operations, managing customer complaints, escalations and meeting targets
- Ability to influence
- Must have strong relationship management skills
- Go getter attitude with an eye for detail
- Perseverance and determination
- Strong communication skills
