Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Insurance/General Insurance Executives to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth and development of our insurance business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for generating sales with new/existing customers.
- Developing opportunities with new customers
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your profile.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Follow up on the database / leads provided by Company.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Meeting With Clients on field Report on sales activities to top management.
Requirements :
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Experience: Minimum 1yr experience in Life/General insurance sales.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
4. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
