Relationship Manager - Business Banking Group (3-8 yrs)
Strategic Planning :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets for the small business banking portfolio, in alignment with the bank's overall business objectives. Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and product offerings to capitalize on emerging trends and drive sustainable growth.
Customer Acquisition :
- Lead customer acquisition initiatives by identifying and targeting prospective small business clients through effective marketing campaigns, outreach programs, and referral networks.
Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing small business clients, serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs and preferences. Proactively engage with clients to deepen relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Product Development and Innovation :
- Work closely with product development teams to conceptualize, design, and launch innovative small business banking products and solutions tailored to the needs of target segments.
Performance Analysis and Optimization :
