Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities:

- Learn & understand basics of all the products

- Understand Company's research reports for Equity, Commodities etc.

- Source new clients for all the products and services offered by the company.

- Maintain relationship with the existing clients

- Pass research calls to clients and answer their queries if any.

- Liaise with various departments, in order to provide better client service.

- Prepare monthly MIS and participate in meetings-

Key Skills:

- Excellent verbal & interpersonal communication skills.

- Passion for Sales

- Demonstrate good ability to understand customer's requirements

- Persistent and ability to follow up and close deals-

- Demonstrate empathy when dealing with customers

Mandatory:-

1. Good Communication Skills.

2. Gender is open however there will be client visits so ask females if they are fine with it.

3. Good at developing relations and handling clients.

4. Pleasing personality and good convincing skills.

5.Minimum 4 years experience into Broking Field is a must.-

Gender: Open (Males Preferred as this will involve going for client meets hence ask female candidates if they are comfortable)

Working Hours: 10:00am- 6:00pm

Working days: Mon to Sat. (Sat will be 10 AM to 1.30 PM)

Qualification: Minimum Graduate,Preferably Commerce Graduates

Industry: BFSI

Interview Process: 2-3 Rounds
