Relationship Manager/Branch Manager - Sales - NBFC/Broking (1-5 yrs)
Role : Relationship Manager / Branch Manager
Experience- Minimum 1 -5 year of experience in handling HNI customers CTC upto 8 Lacs
Branch Manager- Relationship Managers or Branch Manager from banks or NBFC can apply CTC upto 10 lacs
Location Chennai, Pondicherry/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Pune
Job Responsibilities :
- Will be involved into Relationship Building & Management with the customer for Sales & Services of Financial Products. [Eg. Online Trading Account, Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management]
- To manage customers in the branch or through client visits & provide Financial / Investment Advisory, Develop new relations through referencing & other sources.
- To generate leads and act as a productive resource by meeting targets thereby ensuring the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization.
Branch Manager :
- To manage the center profitability by constantly endeavoring to bring up productivity and also ensuring reduction in costs in areas deemed desirable by the management. To monitor the performance and learning development of Relationship Managers.
- Handling HNI (High-net worth Individuals) clients by themselves for closure of sales on all products (except equity) without subsequent delegation
- Ensuring the productivity of Center and Relationship Managers as per the expectation of the company by planning activities for sales, identification of training needs and measurement of product penetrations, customer awareness and satisfaction
