Relationship Manager - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
Experience in BFSI Sales
Acquire Online and offline accounts
Sell Value pack accounts and collect 3 lacs margin every month
Sell of HNI accounts acquisition for equity, commodity and currency.
Sell third party business (cross selling) also like MF and PMS.
Need to maintain relations with his clients and with the team members.
Have a minimum of 3 meetings per day
Maximum interaction internally with Unit manager and cluster head and externally with customers
70% weight-age given to acquisition of accounts and 30% weight-age to processes and systems
1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday is working
