- Managing key account, handling HNI clients
- Sourcing and conversion of prospective borrowers and lenders.
- End to end service to all customers right from sourcing to disbursement.
- Portfolio management of HNI clients.
- Revenue Generation, New Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention. Business Development.
- Taking feedback and retaining the customer by different forms of encouraging them for secured and unsecured loans.
- Exploring new areas and ways to achieve Productivity and ensure the customer satisfaction.
- Encouraging the customer towards Digital Banking by multiple ways.
