Relationship Manager - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities in the Bengaluru area. This includes acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in field sales, preferably in the BFSI sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the BFSI sector and its products is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the Bengaluru area
