1. The primary role is to drive quality recruitment of Life Advisors and build up the agency business.
2. Develop Life Advisors to make them self dependent by setting goals for them, conducting reviews and assisting them in their career path with the company.
3. Drive sales for the company through their team of life advisors, motivate their team and lead them in meeting the goals set forth by the company.
4. MBA with minimum 1 year of Sales Experience or Graduate with minimum 2.50 of Sales Experience
5. Influential Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Achievement Oriented
6. Basis Computer Skills (MS - Office, Excel, Power Point)
