Relationship Manager - BFSI (0-1 yrs)
Position: Relationship Manager
Employment Type: On-Job Training (Internship) + PPO Offer
OJT Duration: 6 Months
OJT Stipend: INR 12,700 per month + Incentives
Salary: 3.2 LPA & above (Depending on OJT performance) + PF + ESI + Incentives + Bonus
Eligibility: Any Graduate

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Accurate Valuation : Ensure precise valuation by capturing correct caratage, proper stone deduction, and avoiding spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
- Ethical Standards Compliance : Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all laid-down processes/policies of , including KYC adherence. Verify customers' KYC and complete online registration.
- Loan Coordination : Work closely with the Manager and stakeholders for loan approval.
- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management : Bring in new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate renewal and referral business.
- Customer Support : Address all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.
- Business Development : Participate in business development activities to enhance the brand visibility of Gold Loan in the catchment areas and generate leads for prospective customers.
