Relationship Manager - Bank (2-5 yrs)
KAM is a Hybrid of Select RM and SDM in our Bank. Where in we intend to Hire people who are better than SDMs in terms of Service and sales but are not yet ready to take a challenging role of and Select RM or even a DBM.
1. Issued Revenue - 25%
Issued revenue through sale of any product, for example Wealth (Life Insurance, Investments, General Insurance), Assets (Credit Card, Home loan, Loan Against Property, BBG, Personal Loan, Gold Loan), Super Saver Packs, TFX, excluding FCNR
2. Premium Account Acquisition - 10%
Premium SA Account - Indus Select, Exclusive, NR, Broking, Maxima
CA Accounts - All Variants
Only accounts that maintain AMB/ AQB at M+2
3. Base book growth - 20%
Deepening on the base book and fresh acquisition during the year. Measured as YTD average ANR against base book (Mar- 16) ANR
4. Quality Score - 40%
- Net Increase by 10 A+ mapped clients each quarter (20%)
- %age Clients Upgraded - Incremental 20% each quarter across Bands (40%)
- Grouping per quarter - (20%)
- Overall NBD Activation on 2 channels NTB + Incremental NBD Activation on base over quarter (Including Video) - (20%)
5. Knowledge - 5%
- Completion of E-learning (50%)
- IRDA/ AMFI Certification (50%) - 100% benchmark
