Relationship Manager - Bank (2-15 yrs)
- To manage branches of the assigned bank.
- Initiate business development strategies so as to generate good volume of business through bank branches.
- To achieve sales target.
- To maintain good relationship with bank managers.
- Maintain and build relationship with the HNI customer's of the Bank.
The role is responsible to co ordinate with LIFE business.
- Additionally the role is responsible for motivating and coaching channel partner and updating leads in the company LMS system.
- Key Responsibilities Managerial Responsibilities Motivating and coaching channel partner staff. Downloading contest to channel partner staff. Product training .
- Functional Responsibilities Discuss with customer about his need. Selling need base product. Meet customer to his giving time. Lead update in the company system.
- Coordinate with sales operation team for resolve our cases.
