Relationship Manager - Bancassurance - Insurance (4-8 yrs)
Sales Manager / Banca Channel.
Location - Delhi.
Function - Bancassurance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility of driving business through Bank branches in the Region.
- Driving insurance target from Branch.
- Developing new products and processes for distribution of products.
- Cross sell G.I products to existing/new customers of Bank.
- Regular visits to Bank branches across the Region.
- Escalation and grievances handling of customers and employees.
- Mentor and monitor teams and motivate them to push hard for pushing.
- Coordination with internal channels of products, process and roll outs.
- Maintaining good relationship with Bank Heads and teams for pushing.
Minimum Qualification
Any Graduate/ MBA will be preferred.
Minimum Experience
4+ years of prior experience.
