Relationship Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Life Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Purpose of the Role:
- Provide support in Sales of Life Insurance business to bank customer sat bank branches across assigned locations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Establishing & strengthening relationship with Bank branch manager & staffs to gain leads
- Prospecting & meeting walk in customers of the Bank and conducting Quick Need Analysis
- Increasing bank's customer awareness about Life Insurance products and achieve the targeted penetration on cross sell within the branch's customer base.
PERFORMANCE GOALS & INDICATORS FOR THE ROLE:
- New Business
- Number of Policies
- Renewal Premium (Persistency)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Educational Qualification : Graduation/ Post Graduation
- Experience : 1 - 5 years
- Knowledge Required: Knowledge about Life Insurance industry, preferably in bancassurance sales in Public Sector Bank.
