Relationship Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
The Banca Assurance Manager is responsible for managing the bancassurance business unit within an insurance company and this role involves building and maintaining relationships with bank partners to drive sales of insurance products through their channels.
Responsibility:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks, including key stakeholders such as branch managers, relationship managers, and other relevant staff.
- Achieve sales targets by driving insurance product sales through the bank's customer base.
- Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to enhance their knowledge and understanding of insurance products.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Supervise and motivate a team of banca assurance officers or relationship managers.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation
- Knowledge Required: Knowledge about Life Insurance industry, preferably in bancassurance sales in Public Sector Bank.
- Age should be below 35
- CTC: Up to 3.5 + Incentives (Performance Based) + Attractive Rewards.
