Relationship Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
We have Immediate Opening for the Position of - Relationship Manager - Bancassurance Channel-

Type of Employment: On Roll Permanent Employment.
Job Title: Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager / Premier Relationship Manager.
Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate from Reputed University / Institute
Function: Bancassurance
Purpose: The jobholder is responsible for effectively managing the assigned partner branch to achieve the sales objectives.
Eligibility: Any Graduate with Min 1 year experience in Insurance Sales.
Main Priorities:
- Achieve sales targets delivery on retention targets as assigned in the Goal sheet
- Sales Call Planning - Servicing the leads as provided by Bank, analyzing sales opportunities,
- Making sales calls - identification of customer needs, conducting financial health check
- Effectively manage the Relationship at the assigned partner branch
- Work in close co-ordination with and support the - Specified Persons- of the Bank
- Plan and conduct Micro Marketing lead generation activities
- Ensure full adherence to the sales process
- Conduct training needs of channel partner on product and process
- Focus and achieve targets on Persistency and R.I opportunity
- Ensure understanding of internal login processes and timely updating of records, appropriate documentation and checks to reduce the turnaround time
- Sales MIS data recording and reporting as per defined schedule.
- Provide feedback about local market scenario & competitor's product.
Key Skills:
- Some understanding on Insurance & basics of Banking Industry products and terminology
- Must demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and selling skills
- Should be able to speak in English & Regional Language
- Strong Product knowledge
- Proficient in MS office and use of Digital tools such as Tablets, smart phones etc
- Should be mobile to travel within city limits
- Would be based in Partner Bank Branch and work with Specified persons and Bank staff on new business and renewal collection
- Problem solving capability and excellent influencing skills
- Knowledge of the insurance sector and of the local market
Salary: 2.25LPA - 3.00LPA + TA & DA Reimbursement of Rs. 36,000/- Per Annum + Attractive Incentives & Rewards.

Can get Appraisal / Increment in every 6 Month's.
