Job Summary :
Relationship Manager Bancassurance are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Relationship Manager Bancassurance are oftentimes expected to travel.
Job Title : Client Relationship Manager Bancassurance
Location : Mumbai, Navi-Mumbai, Chhattisgarh
Experience : Min. 2 years of Experience in sales/marketing or in Banking sector
CTC: Up to 4.0 + High Incentives + Other Benefits
Pay Roll : On Roll
Work Timing : 9Am - 6Pm
Job Roles and Duties:
- To Create relationships with key employees among customers/clients
- To make a plans to address clients- business needs
- To guide clients on creating profitable processes
- To schedule daily meetings with customers/clients to ensure they are satisfied
- To help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- To ensure both the company and clients/customers adhere to contract terms
- To study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- To set sales goals and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
- To collaborate with team members
