- Managing the complete lifecycle of the Customer to deliver a delightful experience.
- Finding new growth opportunity from the existing clientele like deployment of Chai Point brewing solution at their upcoming & existing locations
- Educating customers about the new products getting added.
- Understanding Customer issues and resolving the same by coordinating with different departments.
- Co-ordinating with the Finance team on Invoicing, Payments & reconciliation
- Always keep DSO (Days of Sales outstanding) under 45 days
- Taking care of customer requirement
- Maintain Customer satisfaction score.
- Expedite solution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Co-ordination with internal team to deliver the best experience.
- Visiting all the clients regularly
