Position : Relationship Manager - B2B Sales

Industry Preference : Raw Steel (Candidates with experience in steel, cement, aluminium, secondary steel, EPC sectors preferred)

Experience : 4 years and above in B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities :

B2B Sales : Drive business growth through effective B2B sales strategies, with a primary focus on the Raw Steel segment.

Sector Expertise : Utilize a deep understanding of the steel, cement, aluminium, secondary steel, and EPC sectors to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Financial Acumen : Demonstrate a strong financial background with the ability to analyze financial data, assess risks, and make informed business decisions.

Vendor Network : Leverage existing relationships and establish new connections within the industry to build a robust vendor network.

Business Development : Proactively generate new business by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

Supply Chain Financing : Experience in supply chain financing, including structuring and negotiating deals that benefit both the company and its clients.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies :

Sales Acumen : Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

Networking Skills : Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to foster strong relationships with vendors, clients, and industry stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.

Communication Skills : Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex ideas and proposals.
