Relationship Manager - B2B Sales/Corporate Sales - Media (1-7 yrs)
- This role emphasizes aggressively establishing new relationships with Corporate Clients / Recruitment Agencies and generating revenue for the company; therefore, the Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing action plans that will lead to successful signing of new business contracts with Corporates / Recruitment Agencies
- You will act as a business consultant to establish credibility with prospects through an understanding of their business issues and present logical, economically beneficial solutions.
- This will lead cross-functional and multi-level teams to face-off with the prospect.
- Maintaining excellent networking & liaising with clients
- Developing business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company revenue goals and profitability.
- Business Development from new and existing clients/companies. Selling the recruitment services, manpower solutions, branding and advertising solutions of Clients
- Drafting Proposals & Agreements by analyzing client's business/functional requirements & presenting business proposals to targeted brands on face to face meetings
- Price Negotiations and closing the deals.
- Preparing action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of business development leads and prospects.
- Completing competitive analysis for the department head's review.
