Relationship Manager - B2B Sales (3-8 yrs)
About the Role:
We seek a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect the candidate to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and have strong knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understanding and interest in financial/banking products and markets
- Expanding current B2B segment
- Aim to preserve customers and build new clients
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Understanding client needs and providing them with the best deals
- Conduct meetings with the channel partners for follow-up of loan files
- Conduct meetings with the clients for follow-up of their respective files of loan
