Position: Virtual Relationship Manager

Location: Mumbai

Mode of work: Work from office (slightly flexible)

Travel: Once in a while local travel for client meeting might be required

Shift: Day Shift - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM (IST) (slightly flexible)

Work week: Monday to Saturday

Location: Santa Cruz East, Mumbai

- A Virtual Relationship Manager is a professional who uses digital platforms to build and maintain relationships with partners.


- They are responsible for understanding partner needs, providing personalized solutions, and offering services such as wealth management, insurance and investment consulting.


Job Responsibilities

For a Virtual Relationship Manager for Partners or Distributors:

- Develop and maintain relationships with partners or distributors through digital communication tools such as video/calls conferencing, emails, and messaging services.

- Identifying partner needs and developing plans to address them.

- Resolving partner complaints quickly and effectively.

- Forwarding upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.

- Promoting high-quality sales, supply, and partner service processes.

- Aiming to preserve partners and renew contracts.

- Approaching potential partners to establish relationships.

- Drive sales through the agency network by onboarding new partners and help in conducting continuous agent training programs.

- Ensure adherence to documented processes, procedures, and controls within the compliance framework.

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to accounts, transactions, and services promptly.

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with partners virtually & gaining solid knowledge of competitors.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Partner Relationship Manager.

- Knowledge of partner relationship management (CRM) practices.

- Experience in sales or partner service is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.

- Teamwork and leadership skills.

- Partner-oriented mindset.

- Preferably NISM Certified
