A relationship manager is a part of the sales team who builds and maintains relationships with clients and customers. Some relationship managers work only with clients, working to solve any business or technical challenges that they face. They will help them with sales opportunities and drawing in customer
Responsibilities :
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
- Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships
- Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships
- Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services to guide their choices
- Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs
- Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities
- Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients
- Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
- Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business
- Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Set revenue targets and develop and execute a strategy to meet them
- Recruitment & Licensing of Agents
- Achieving Topline & Bottom-line for the channel
- Achieving Line wise budgets
- Training & Handholding of agents to develop the portfolio
- Design local campaigns to improve productivity and align to organizational requirements
- Conduct periodic structure meetings to assess development & plan future course of action
5 Days a week (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM) Full Time
