Relationship Manager - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-15 yrs)
Designation : Relationship Manager (M1)
CTC : Upto 4.00 Lacs + Fixed Reimbursements
Eligible Profile :
- Minimum Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in General Insurance Sales
- Localite from location or ready to settle there
- Currently working as VSO Incharge/SM - Agency/SM - Motor Dealer & DSA with competition
Job Role :
- Appointing agents and institutions capable of selling insurance along with direct selling to build retail business
- Training of acquired agent on product and processes
- Ensure completion of VSO targets and drive the growth of business
- Develop and nurture relationships with Agency Channel partners to yield a productive relationship
- Provide end to end solutions to Agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met
- Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners
- Manage productivity mix to ensure that the cost of acquisition is within the budgeted levels
- Ensure constant updating of Agent's knowledge on technology products and underwriting policies
- Will take ownership of operations process at VSO, in terms of issuance, receipting
