Relationship Manager/Account Manager - Broking Platforms (3-4 yrs)

We are currently looking for a Relationship / Account Manager who will Primarily, be the person who will be someone who will liaise with the new enterprise customers for pre and post sales efforts such as:
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. New client follow ups
2. Documentation
3. Account set up coordination with AOT
4. Coordination between customer & internal tech for Integration
5. Account farming post integration
Candidate desired profile:
1. MBA preferred
2. Post MBA 3-5 years of prior experience or 4-6 years for graduates
3. Prior Sales or Account Management/Relationship Management or Tele-Customer Support (Corporate Relationships) experience preferred
4. Excellent spoken and written communication skills
5. Preferably from Hospitality, Banking, IT or other financial services companies
This will primarily be an account management and a coordination role and will have a few instances of face to face client meetings also. While we are an equal opportunity employer, female candidates will be preferred.
