Relationship Management - Sales - Corporate Salary - Bank (2-6 yrs)
-CSRM will be single point contact for all key decisions makers of the portfolio corporate
-CSRM needs to understand & analyze the corporate requirements and provide customized solutions to fulfill their short term & long term requirements
-To track competition offers during corporate visits & proactively recommend for review & revision to Product & MCC
- CSRM with help of MCC would create strong visibility for the bank in the corporate premises
- Work with other product sales groups in the location for Cross Sell facilitation
- Review the catchment, identify target relationships for new acquisition basis the wish list / CRM
-Conduct Joint calls with relationship Group RMs, Product, Senior Leadership to facilitate acquisition of new key relationships
- Work towards maximizing conversion of OPDT accounts (Senior Management) and increasing Bank penetration
- Ensure 85% Salary Credit (SLC) in accounts acquired from portfolio corporate
- Monitor and ensure FTNR on logged in AOFs is within set benchmarks
- Review Complaint Management & Service Excellence for portfolio corporate and highlight gaps to Service Team
- To strategize & implement various cross sell initiatives of balance builders & asset products to improve product penetration in the portfolio
- To work effectively towards cracking large deals on income earning products like Gift Cards, Asset Products, MF & Insurance
- Jointly review portfolio corporate with respective relationship RMs
- Review corporate & portfolio profitability
- To meet all wish list /identified key corporate jointly with relationship RMs and follow up for empanelment
